Shorter session of 1/2 hour

Service Description

Suitable for existing clients who have finished their therapy who are almost there. It's a "check-in" style of counselling or a more directed, straight forward session. They are available by mutual agreement but I am always happy for you to try and if it doesn't suit we can revert to the 50mn sessions. Also available for people with ME/CFS after the first appointment, however if 50mn feels too long please contact me by using the contact form.
